Union intervenes in iiNet case

The Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance (MEAA) has confirmed that its legal counsel today asked the Federal Court to allow the union to be heard in the matter under amicus curiae or "friend of the court" provisions when the case goes before the full bench for appeal next week
